I started DJing events around 15 years ago - mainly weddings, private parties and bars.
The main thing I offer is a multi-genre set playing the music you want. I have a professional and collaborative approach so you can go in to your event feeling confident it will be the night you're after!

Experience
I've worked in music radio for over 15 years at different regional & national radio stations, which means my music knowledge is extensive and I'm experienced curating a playlist.
I've DJ'd at private parties and wedding venues ranging from pubs, barns and marquees to luxury hotels and golf clubs. I'm also a Rock My Wedding 2024 Recommended Supplier.
Music
I pride myself on simply mixing your preferred genres and songs - not going rogue and not hype MCing all over the music. As part of the booking process, you can let me know your must-plays and red-lists, plus whether you'll allow requests at your event...
From formal events to casual gatherings, I’m here to match the mood of your event. If you’re worried about a mobile DJ showing up in a waistcoat to a laid-back party, rest assured—that’s not my style (unless, of course, it’s yours!)..
Pricing
Costs can really mount up when planning an event - and I can offer different levels of service to hopefully suit your budget. There are factors like length of DJ set, whether you need an MC or announcer, travel time, size of sound system / disco, additional music for the day and more. Please get in touch for an accurate quote and I'll always try to tailor a package to suit you best.
Equipment & Location
Each venue is kitted out in different ways. We can discuss the sound and lighting requirements for your event space and if my kit won't cut it, we'll hire in the right stuff for the job. My gear is PAT-tested and Louis Chadwick DJ is covered for PLI.
I cover London, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire & Buckinghamshire but can always discuss if your event is outside these areas.
Additional Services
If you're looking for an MC or announcer for the day, let's talk! I run Louis Chadwick Voice, with 'voice of god' or event hosting/MC services available, too.
I can also help with audio and event production. E.g. if you're looking to edit music for certain aspects of your day or produce an entrance sequence.
I can also help with recommendations for professional musicians, bands and photographers - many of whom are good friends and trusted suppliers.
Choosing me
I've hosted enough parties and events myself to know picking a DJ is a big decision... It's tough knowing what they'll be like until the day itself!
That's why I have a thorough booking questionnaire, a friendly consultation meeting and plenty of collaboration in advance of the day, so there's no bad surprises when the music starts.
I try and make each gig fun and stress-free for everyone. My commitment to great service includes clear communication, professionalism, and reliability from start to finish.
